Construction Industry Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to update existing application forms and the adoption of new application forms as a result of recent legislation requiring the creation of new specialty license categories.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.010, F.A.C., to adopt the revised language.
