PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.125, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Behavior Analysis Services Coverage Policy,___________.

SUMMARY:

The updated coverage policy clarifies provider and service delivery requirements including coverage of services through the Florida Medicaid Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) program.
