Non-Profit Corporation Permits

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a change to the rule to update the Application for Non-Profit Corporation to change the Board’s definition of indigency to be consistent with changes associated with SB 7016.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposes the rule to update the definition of indigency found in the incorporated Application for Non-Profit Corporation.
