Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To clarify and revise existing guidelines, and to implement new guidelines.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-1.005, F.A.C., to clarify and revise existing disciplinary guidelines and to implement administrative fines for violating a provision of Section 509.103, FS.
