PURPOSE:

To implement 2024-182, Laws of Florida, incorporate all forms in Chapter 69O-136, F.A.C., into Rule 69O-136.100, F.A.C., update the referenced forms and update the lists of forms required to be submitted with each application.

SUMMARY:

Rules 69O-136.002; 69O-136.004, 69O-136.006, 69O-136.007, 69O-136.011, 69O-136.014, 69O-136.015, 69O-136.031, 69O-136.040, 69O-136.041, 69O-136.042, 69O-136.043, 69O-136.044, 69O-136.045, 69O-136.046, 69O-136.047, 69O-136.050, 69O-136.051, 69O-136.052, 69O-136.053, 69O-136.054, 69O-136.070, 69O-136.075, and 69O-136.100, F.A.C. are amended to centrally locate all referenced application forms into Rule 69O-136.100, F.A.C. Rules 69O-136.002, 69O-136.004, 69O-136.006, 69O-136.007, 69O-136.011, 69O-136.014, 69O-136.015, 69O-136.031, 69O-136.040, 69O-136.041, 69O-136.042, 69O-136.043, 69O-136.044, 69O-136.045, 69O-136.046, 69O-136.047, 69O-136.050, 69O-136.051, 69O-136.052, 69O-136.053, 69O-136.054, 69O-136.070, 69O-136.075, and 69O-136.100, F.A.C.  are further amended to update forms, amend the list of forms to be submitted with each application, removing unnecessary forms and adding the required addendums to the background information section of those forms. Rule 69O-136.006, F.A.C., is amended and Rules 69O-136.070 and 69O-136.075, F.A.C., are created to implement 2024-182, Laws of Florida, regarding changes to Chapter 629, F.A.C., regulating reciprocal insurers.
