PURPOSE:

This rulemaking implements statutory changes to Chapter 482, F.S., with new or revised rule requirements, updated forms, and clarified rule text.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will update rule text and amend incorporated forms to ensure consistency with Florida law and to implement changes made during the most recent legislative session, remove unnecessary language, clarify requirements related to continuing education and examinations, adopt a form to implement the Prior Notification Registry, and revise penalties associated with certain violations.
