Agriculture and Aquaculture Producers Natural Disaster Recovery Loan Program

PURPOSE:

The rule will clarify the application review process for the Agriculture and Aquaculture Producers Natural Disaster Recovery Loan Program established in s. 570.822, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule addresses review processes for deficient Program applications.
