Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To establish disciplinary guidelines for violations of law and department rules by persons subject to licensure, certification, or approval pursuant to Part III, Chapter 401, F.S.; to clarify the range of discipline that may be imposed for corresponding violations.
