RULE:

61E1-3.002

Licensure by Endorsement

PURPOSE:

The new rule is proposed to allow licensure by endorsement by a new incorporated form pursuant to the changes to section 469.004, F.S., by HB 869 (2023).

SUMMARY:

The new rule will contain an application form to obtain licensure as an asbestos consultant or asbestos contractor by endorsement with 10 years of experience.
