	The Investment Advisory Council (IAC) Compensation Subcommittee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, February 19, 2025, 10:00 a.m. until conclusion of agenda.

PLACE:	The Hermitage Centre, Emerald Coast Room, 1801 Hermitage Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32308; attendees should check in at reception desk, on-site parking available.

Subject:	The IAC Compensation Subcommittee will discuss the SBA’s incentive compensation plan and other matters that may come before the Subcommittee.
