	The Governor and Cabinet, exercising its powers as head of governmental agencies, boards, and commissions announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 17, 2025, 2:00 p.m. CST

PLACE:	Northwest Florida State College

Subject:	The Governor and Cabinet may act on matters within its authority, including those outlined in Florida Statute, Administrative Code, and the Constitution of the State of Florida. Given the time sensitive nature of the matters, a meeting under subsection 120.525(3), Florida Statutes, is warranted. NOTE: The meeting will be streamed and transcribed.
