PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-3.066 outlines the licensure procedures related to hospitals.  Rule 59A-3.252 outlines the classification types of hospitals.  Rule 59A-3.273 outlines management and administration duties related to hospitals.  The Agency is proposing to amend these rules to update language, clarify requirements, and implement the provisions of 2024-12 L.O.F. (SB 330), 2024-201 L.O.F. (SB 644), and 2024-15 L.O.F. (SB 7016).

SUMMARY:

Rule 59A-3.066 outlines the licensure procedures related to hospitals.  Rule 59A-3.252 outlines the classification types of hospitals.  Rule 59A-3.273 outlines management and administration duties related to hospitals.  The Agency is proposing to amend these rules to update language, clarify requirements, and implement the provisions of 2024-12 L.O.F. (SB 330), 2024-201 L.O.F. (SB 644), and 2024-15 L.O.F. (SB 7016).
