RULE:

61N-1.013

Prescription Drugs; Receipt, Storage and Security

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update the storage requirements for unused drug delivery vehicles.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61N-1.013, F.A.C. which among other things, provides for the handling of vehicles related to prescription drugs.
