RULE:

61N-1.001

General Regulations; Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to provide a definition for “unused drug delivery vehicle.”

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61N-1.001, F.A.C., in order to add a definition of “unused drug delivery vehicle” to the existing definitions.
