Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to amend this rule to remove sunset language. This change is pursuant to the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee's objection dated February 4, 2025, and to the requirements in s. 120.545(3)(b)1., Florida Statutes.
