PURPOSE:

Revise portions of Chapter 64C-7 regarding prenatal and postnatal/infant screening to update definitions, remove obsolete terms and allow for electronic submission of documents, including screens, referrals and opt-out forms.

SUBJECT:

Prenatal and postnatal/infant screening to determine if client is eligible for services.
