	The Florida Department of Transportation, District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Virtual: April 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. In person: April 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public information meeting for the SR 78 from East of Del Prado Boulevard to Hibiscus Drive in Lee County on Wednesday April 2, 2025, and Thursday April 3, 2025. The in-person open-house will begin at 5:30 p.m. The virtual will begin at 6 p.m. The purpose of this project is to prepare final construction plans for the safety improvements proposed along SR 78 from East of Del Prado Boulevard to Hibiscus Drive. The SR 78 Public Information Meeting is being conducted to provide the public with an opportunity to express their views about the project. The Department has three ways to participate in this public information meeting: through the live virtual event on Wednesday April 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. (https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3948717236020462938), by attending the in-person event at Cape Coral Technical College 360 Santa Barbara Boulevard N, Cape Coral, FL, 33993 on Thursday April 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., or by viewing the materials online through the project website https://www.swflroads.com/project/450723-1. All meeting materials, including the project video, will be available online April 1, 2025, prior to the live virtual event. A copy of the materials will also be displayed at the in-person event. You may choose any combination of the options provided to review the materials and to submit your comments. For more information on all options of the upcoming public information meeting, visit the project website or contact the project manager (listed below). FDOT is sending notices to all property owners, business owners, interested persons and organizations to provide the opportunity to give comments to FDOT regarding this project. FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
