RULE:

65A-4.212

Up-Front Diversion

PURPOSE:

Align the rule with statutory provisions regarding diversion pursuant to Chapter Law 2024-240.

SUMMARY:

Amendments: (1) clean up the structure and (2) adds that the Local Workforce Development Board is responsible for the intake screening for temporary cash assistance recipients in the diversion program in accordance with section 445.035, F.S.
