he Board proposes a rule amendment that updates the application form DH-MQA 1155 for Licensure by Examination and incorporates the background screening requirement associated with HB 975.

The proposed rule amendment updates and incorporates Hearing Aid Specialist Application for Examination, Form DH-MQA 1155.
