Division of Historical Resources Grant Programs & Requirements
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this rule amendment is to update and establish in rule the most recent grant program documents for the Small Matching, Special Category, and Abandoned African-American Cemeteries Grant Programs. The rule amendment would make changes to the programs' grant guidelines, grant application forms, grant award agreement forms, and other forms necessary to administer the grant programs.
SUMMARY:
The proposed rule amendment would incorporate updated grant program documents as materials incorporated by reference in Rule 1A-39.001.
