Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Registered customers and other interested persons will participate by telephone using the GoToMeeting platform. The public may view a live stream of the customer meeting online using the link available at https://www.floridapsc.com/watch-archive-psc-events.

Subject:	Docket No. 20240168-WU – Application for staff-assisted rate case in Highlands County, by Country Walk Utilities, Inc. The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting. To speak at the virtual customer meeting, a person must sign up via the Public Service Commission’s online registration form, which will be available at www.FloridaPSC.com, under the “Hot Topics” heading on the home page. Customers without Internet access can sign up to speak by calling 850-413-7080 or emailing speakersignup@psc.state.fl.us. Registration will open on June 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., and close on June 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. After registering to comment, persons will be provided further instructions on how to participate, including the call-in number. All customers who wish to comment are urged to join the meeting promptly at the scheduled time because it may be adjourned early if no customers are present to speak or when those present have spoken.
