PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update the rules incorporated Forms DH-MQA 1205; DH-MQA-1204 and DH-MQA-1203,  to comply with a new background screening requirement for applicants for licensure that will become effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.
