RULE:

64B18-11.001

Application for Licensure by Examination and Endorsement

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment intended to update the language and clarify the application process for licensure to conform with the new and amended statutes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the language and identifies the updated application for licensure by examination and endorsement which incorporates the statutory requirements of §456.0135.
