Subject:	The Region IX Criminal Justice Training Council serves as an extension of the Florida Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission in planning, programming, and budgeting of Officer Training Monies and to advise and assist the Commission in developing a plan for assessing regional training needs pursuant to Rule 11B-18.005(1), F.A.C.
