Overview



	The St Johns River Water Management District announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST

Subject:	The St Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), along with the Florida Department of Environmental Protections (FDEP) and the Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD), will hold a joint workshop to discuss FDEP’s proposed minimum flows for the Lower Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers and Priority Springs (LSFIR). The LSFIR includes six Outstanding Florida Springs as defined by subsection 373.802(4), F.S., and is therefore subject to section 373.805, F.S. The three agencies will also discuss the associated recovery strategy required by Section 373.0421, F.S., which would apply within portions of both SJRWMD and SRWMD without the need for further rulemaking by the districts. One or more members of SJRWMD’s Governing Board or SRWMD’s Governing Board may attend this meeting.
