Overview



	The South Bay Community Development District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 13, 2025, 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Little Harbor POA Clubhouse at 611 Destiny Drive, Ruskin, Florida 33570

Subject:	In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the hearing will consider creation of a new rule relating to an application process for seawall repairs reimbursement within the District. The amendment will adopt standards for review of requests for reimbursement. The purpose of the proposed rule is to adopt standards and procedures for an application process for certain reimbursements.
