Overview



	The South Bay Community Development District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 13, 2025, 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Little Harbor POA Clubhouse located at 611 Destiny Drive, Ruskin, Florida 33570

Subject:	In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the hearing will consider creation of a new rule to insure developers cleanup after construction within the District. The amendment will adopt enforcement and cost recovery procedures. The purpose of the proposed rule is to to ensure the protection, maintenance, and integrity of all district-owned property and infrastructure.
