Overview



	The Southwest Florida Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Governing Board meeting on June 27, 2006, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The Southwest Florida Water Management District, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899.

Subject:	Tampa Bay Water has requested a hearing pursuant to paragraph 120.54(3)(c), F.S., regarding the District's notice of proposed rules to establish minimum flows for the freshwater segment of the Alafia River. The hearing was scheduled for March 28, 2006 and noticed in the F.A.W., Vol. 32, No. 11, page 1186. The hearing was opened on that day and continued to the day, time and place described above.
