	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 15 Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 28, 2025, September 25, 2025 and October 23, 2025 9:00 - 9:15 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Health 800 Clematis Street, Room 2200 West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
