PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update ASTM standards, amend a rule title, update the penalty guidelines, incorporate by reference petroleum registration forms, provide guidance on the collection of information required during a state of emergency, and provide guidance related to Florida Retail Fuel Transfer Switch Modernization Grant Program, for statutory compliance with chapter 2025-22, Laws of Florida.
