School Readiness Application and Waiting List Procedures

PURPOSE:

The rule is being amended to make technical changes and add household income as a criterion for wait list management at the local early learning coalition to comply with updated state statutory requirements in House Bill 1255, regarding single point of entry, uniform waiting list, and family household income.
