RULE:

65D-30.002	Definitions
65D-30.004	Common Licensing Standards
65D-30.0142	Clinical and Operational Standards for Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders

PURPOSE:

Adds standards for mobile medication assisted treatment units. Amendments will incorporate updated federal regulatory requirements for methadone medication-assisted treatment programs.

SUMMARY:

Amendments include: (1) updates definition, (2) amends CF 1649 to change from an Affidavit to an Attestation of Good Moral Character (3) adds common licensing standards for Mobile Methadone Medication-Assisted Treatment Units, (4) align requirements for methadone medication-assisted treatment programs with federal requirements.
