PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment that updates the rules for clarity, updates and incorporate forms, and to comply with legislative changes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rules are updated to provide clarity, to update existing language, to update and
incorporate outdated forms, and to comply with legislative changes.
