6E-5.001

Religious Institution Letter of Exemption

PURPOSE:

To implement legislative changes found in HB 1255 (Ch. 2025-110, Section 33, Laws of Florida).  Topics under consideration are modifications to Rule 6E-5.001 and Form 113, Application for Religious Institution Letter of Exemption.

SUBJECT:

Nonpublic religious postsecondary educational institutions not subject to licensure by the Commission for Independent Education.
