69O-143.046

Registration of Insurers

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-143.046, F.A.C., is amended to enact changes required under the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Act of the NAIC, as adopted in December 2020. The Office is charged in Section 628.801(1), F.S., to enact rules that enact all requirements and standards of that Act. The rule contains new requirements regarding group capital calculations and liquidity stress test and includes two new forms: the “Group Capital Calculation 2024 Template”, and the “NAIC Liquidity Stress Test 2024 Template.” This Rule is intended to take effect January 1, 2026.
