RULE:

75-14.059	Slot Machine Licensee Personnel
75-14.073	Meter Readings (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to implement the provisions of chapter 2021-269, Laws of Florida, and update and modernize Commission rules to reflect changes in the industry.

SUMMARY:

Removes the submission of a credit report as a condition of employment; requires employers to maintain certain training documents in employee files; repeals the requirement for the manual reading of slot machine meters.
