PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-3.278 outlines the licensing procedures related to rehabilitation, psychiatric and substance abuse programs.

SUBJECT:

The Agency is proposing to amend rule 59A-3.278 to update licensure requirements, personnel qualifications and services to be provided for psychiatric and substance abuse treatment programs.
