59A-36.006	Admission Procedures, Appropriateness of Placement and Continued Residency Criteria
59A-36.021	Extended Congregate Care Services

PURPOSE:

Rule  59A-36.006 specifies admission procedures and placement and residency criteria for assisted living facilities. Rule 59A-36.021 outlines the requirements to establish extended congregate care services for assisted living facilities.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to amend Rules 59A-36.006 and 59A-36.021 regarding admission and continued residency criteria for assisted living facilities as it relates to communicable diseases.
