RULE:

PURPOSE:

Align rule with statutory amendments regarding postsecondary education services and support pursuant to Chapter Law 2024-177 and amend to update language.

SUMMARY:

The rule changes include the following: (1) updates definitions, (2)  amends form CF-FSP 5382, (3) updates references, (4) changes age from 16 to 14, (5) grammatical and typographic corrections and updated references, (6) adds new form “Application for Aftercare Services (Relative/NonRelative/Adoption/Emancipation)”, (7) updates PESS requirements, and (7) updates Aftercare Services requirements.
