PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will repeal all rules in Chapter 5M-2, F.A.C., Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Indian River Area Citrus Groves.

SUMMARY:

Chapter 5M-2, F.A.C., Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Indian River Area Citrus Groves, is being repealed as Chapter 5M-16, F.A.C., adopts and incorporates BMPs applicable to all citrus production regions in the state.
