Needs Assessment for Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Amendments will repeal the rule to remove requirements relating to providers of medication-assisted treatment services for opiate addiction pursuant to Chapter Law 2025-143.

SUMMARY:

Amendments will repeal the rule.
