Schools of Hope

PURPOSE:

This rule sets forth requirements for designation as a School of Hope operator and for establishment of Schools of Hope pursuant to s. 1002.333, F.S.

SUMMARY:

This proposed amendment will address changes to the program due to the passage of Senate Bill 2510 (2025), including criteria and procedures around the co-location of Schools of Hope and district schools in underused, vacant, or surplus district facilities.
