	The Florida Department of Transportation, District One announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	In-Person: Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Virtual/Online: September 11 – October 2, 2025

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a Public Visioning Workshop for a Mobility Analysis on US 27 extending from SR 29 to SR 60. The analysis limits include SR 29 and SR 60 in Glades, Highlands, and Polk Counties. Building on the findings of the Highlands County Feasibility Study (October 2024), the Mobility Analysis will identify and evaluate operational and safety improvements addressing key needs along US 27 such as regional connectivity, freight movement, and safety of all users including passenger vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians. You may participate either in-person or through a self-guided virtual meeting room. The same materials will be displayed at both the online and in-person events.
