19-4.0035

Florida Retirement System Defined Benefit Plan Investment Policy Statement

PURPOSE:

An amendment is being made to Rule 19-4.0035, Florida Administrative Code, to adopt the revised Investment Plan Statement approved by the Board of Trustees on March 5, 2025, and to make a technical change. There are no other rules incorporating these proposed amended rules. The proposed amendments do not have an impact on any other rules. Legislative ratification of the rule amendments is not required.

SUBJECT:

Rule 19-4.0035 is being amended to adopt and incorporate the most recent version of the Investment Policy Statement for the Florida Retirement System Defined Benefit Plan that was approved on March 5, 2025.
