Rescheduling of Drug Product Under Section 893.0355

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is intended to reschedule Xylazine, a drug product approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an Animal Drug Product, from Schedule I to a Schedule I with exception for Veterinary use.

SUMMARY:

Xylazine is being rescheduled from a Schedule I to a Schedule I with exception for Veterinary use.
