Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) Fund

PURPOSE:

House Bill 1255 (2025) amended section 1009.8962, Florida Statutes so that additional postsecondary institutions as outlined in s. 1009.521, F.S., may participate in the Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) Fund. Therefore, rule language will be updated to reflect these changes.

SUMMARY:

Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) Fund qualifications for specific postsecondary institutions.
