RULE:

69U-100.097

Gold Coin or Silver Coin Deposits

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to create a new rule to conform to and implement Chapter No. 2025-100, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The new rule will require financial institutions to demonstrate compliance with the statutory provisions pertaining to the acceptance of gold and silver coin.
