Property Claims Litigation Data Call

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-171.011, F.A.C., is amended to remove obsolete language and incorporate amendments to Form OIR-B1-2222. Form OIR-B1-2222 is being amended to updated language to enhance clarity of instructions, add new columns for licensure number, name of law firm, jurisdiction of case, case number, and name of hurricane, transfer all columns from “Section A-5 – Supplemental info” to other tabs allowing for the deletion of that tab, and add a valid response list for hurricane names and jurisdiction of case. The rule shall take effect January 1, 2026.

SUMMARY:
