Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	In-Person Public Meeting: Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Virtual Public Meeting: Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, will conduct two Public Meetings for the proposed median modifications along US 41 (State Road 45) from Old US 41 to Gulf Park Drive in Collier County, Florida. The proposed median modifications will improve safety and traffic operations by reducing conflict points and enhancing access management. All members of the public are invited to attend. The meetings will present the same information in two formats to provide flexibility for the public to participate. The in-person meeting will be held in an open-house format, allowing attendees to view project exhibits, speak with FDOT staff and the project team, and ask questions. The virtual meeting will include a digital presentation covering the same information. Notices have been sent to property owners, business owners, interested persons, and organizations to provide an opportunity to comment on the proposed modifications at the following locations: • US 41 and Gulf Park Drive • US 41 and Ridge Drive • US 41 just south of Banyan Road This public meeting is being held pursuant to Chapters 120, 335.18, and 335.199 of the Florida Statutes, and is being conducted in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
