	The FMMJUA Board of Governors announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time

PLACE:	The Hilton Sandestin Beach, 4000 Sandestin Blvd. South, Destin, FL 32550.

Subject:	The Board of Governors of the Florida Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association will receive and consider quarterly reports from the Association's Investment Counsel, General Counsel, Servicing Carrier, Audit Committee, Claims Committee, General Manager, and such other business properly brought before the Board.
